Dr. Morgan Carroll is a global executive, philanthropist, and sustainability leader focused on advancing herbal medicine and digital education across Asia.

Phytopharmaceutical Leadership

Dr. Carroll is a Shareholder and BOD of Morgan Biopharma VN, a Vietnam-registered herbal company actively researching Stephania Tetrandra to treat joint arthritis and potentially lung cancers. He also serves as COO of International Herbal Medicine (IHM) and Director of Mova Gold, dedicated to modernizing natural medicine through high-tech herbal farming and sustainable cultivation.

Global Strategy & ESG

With deep expertise in Business and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality), Dr. Carroll has held strategic roles across global corporations, including Mining (Barrick Gold, Placer Dome) and Real Estate. Crucially, he previously served as the Director of ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) for VinGroup and VinFast, where he developed and implemented global sustainability strategies. He currently serves as a BOD Advisor for HKG Energy.

Philanthropic & Digital Engagement

An avid philanthropist, Dr. Carroll has a long history of contributing to humanitarian aid efforts throughout Africa, including collaborating with the St John of Jerusalem Knights of Malta and supporting medical rescue programs with International SOS and AMREF.

Furthermore, Dr. Carroll serves as the Chairman of The Digital Compass, an organization centered on cybersafety educational upliftment for youths to senior citizens.

Education

Dr. Carroll holds a Ph.D. in Business from Harris University and commenced his education at the University of Cape Town.
